Exhibitor Registration

This year we're switching things up!

Exhibitor registration is open and you will register your staff via a template sent to you from Mollie Schane.

If you are a registered exhibitor and have not yet received your template and instructions, please contact Mollie at MSchane@think-services.com. The last day to register your staff for GDC 2010 is February 26th.

Please note:

Exhibitors receive 10 staff badges per 100 square feet of booth space. The maximum number of badges for which an exhibitor can register is 60 total.

Additional terms:

• Staff badges are only issued to exhibitor personnel who will be setting up, working in and tearing down the booth. Staff badges do not provide admittance to any conference session, tutorial, special event or meals. Please do not register your customers as booth staff as they will be asked to provide proper ID to collect their badge.
• Each respective exhibitor must collect his/her own badge on-site. To obtain your badge and/or badge holder, YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR PHOTO ID (driver's license or exhibiting company issued ID card). Each registered attendee will be allowed to pick up their own badge only - not for friends, colleagues, etc. Sorry, no exceptions.
• Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the show floor at any time during the Game Developers Conference.
• If you have meetings or appointments with prospective clients, please make arrangements to meet them outside the show floor entrance at the arranged time.
• A non-refundable replacement fee will be charged for all requests for duplicate badges.
