Important Notes
- Loading Time: We are working hard to optimize Session List load times, however if checking or un-checking a large number of options, you may need to wait for the session list to finish loading/reloading.
- Conference Updates: Conference content is continuously being added and updated in the GDC 2007 program, so check back on this site regularly. The GDC schedule is subject to change without notice.
- Saving Your Schedule: You are not required to save or login but it is the best way to ensure your schedule is available to you in the future. You can print or email your session list without creating an account. The advantage of creating an account:
- access your schedule in the future;
- ability to easily maintain and update your sessions list;
- email of your final schedule at the start of the week of GDC;
- email updates with changes to your saved sessions including cancellations, date, time, and location.
- Sharing Your Schedule: When creating an account, you can choose to "Share It," which will create a unique URL that you can forward to others.
Key GDC Schedule Builder Sections
- Filters — This section is located in the right column and allows you to filter the Session List by removing or adding check marks for events, tracks within the conference, session formats, and pass types.
- Session List — This section contains the list of sessions that match the criteria that you selected from the filter on the right hand side of the page as well as the search criteria that you entered in the search box in the session list header. Note that you have options to sort the list based on session name, session date or format.
- My Sessions — This section contains the list of sessions you have added to your personal session list. Again, note that you have options to sort the list based on session name, session date or format.
Functions Enabled by GDC Schedule Builder
- To add sessions to My Sessions:
Expand/Contract a session either by clicking the on the icon to the left or the session name itself Click the circular green plus icon under the session details to add the session to My Schedule
- To remove a session from My Sessions:
Click the circular red minus icon next to the session in My Sessions
- To remove all sessions from My Sessions:
Click the trash can icon in the My Sessions header
- To email a copy of your My Sessions schedule:
1. Click the envelope icon in the My Sessions header
2. Complete the form, then click SEND
- To print a copy of your My Sessions schedule:
1. Click the printer icon in the My Sessions header
2. Wait while a new printer friendly page is generated
3. Print as you normally would
- To export to excel CSV:
Click on Download File icon
