In order to capture the games business as it is before GDC Europe 2013, conference officials are once again polling past and present attendees about their roles in game development and their thoughts on where everyone is headed as an industry.
The short survey is live now and seeks to capture European developer demographics, opinions on tax incentives and rating systems, the platforms they are working on now and in the future, and their current market interests.
The previous GDC State of the Industry survey captured opinions of over 2,500 developers before the March 2013 GDC held in San Francisco.
Organizers will randomly select one respondent to receive a free All-Access Pass to GDC Europe 2013, with the winner being contacted via the email address entered at the end of the survey.
Results of the new survey will be published before GDC Europe 2013 commences on August 19-21 in Cologne, Germany. Early, discounted registration for GDC Europe 2013 is now available.
