Cancellations, Substitutions, Downgrades & Upgrades

To cancel, change, or substitute your pass, please download the Registration Update Form and submit your request via email, fax 218-740-6883 or mail it to:

Requests for registration refunds must be received before February 22, 2019. All Access, GDC Conference + Summits, GDC Conference, GDC Summits, and Audio Conference+Tutorial Passes are subject to a $300 service charge. Independent Games Summit, Educators Summit, Expo Plus, and Expo passes are subject to a $100 service charge. Refunds are not available after February 22, 2019, and are not available for no-shows.
Written requests for a downgraded pass must be received no later than Friday, February 22, 2019 for a full refund on the difference of registration fees between the value of the original and downgraded pass. Requests received for downgrades after Friday, February 22, 2019 cannot be accommodated. Written requests for an upgraded pass will be accepted throughout the event. Badges will not be mailed in advance of the event. Please pick up your badge in person, on-site with your photo ID. Collecting multiple badges by a single person is not allowed. Please bring a copy of your receipt as verification of your registration. Touch 'N Go NFC badges will be in use at GDC.
PLEASE TREAT YOUR BADGE/BADGE HOLDER AS CASH: Both the badge and badge holder are required for entry at GDC 2019. A non-refundable replacement fee equal to the original purchase amount will apply to all lost, duplicate, misplaced, stolen, or forgotten badge/badge holder requests. If your badge was complimentary, the fee will be the current on-site rate.

Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the premises at any time during the conference.

Discount/Promotion Code Usage
Only one discount/promotion code is allowed per registration at the time of registration, and no codes may be added after registration has been completed.
