Cancellations, Substitutions, and Changes for GDC Masterclass courses
Refunds will not be issued for any registration cancellations at any time. Payment of registration confirms that you have read, understand, agree and will comply with the published registration cancellation policy. All registered attendees are subject to verification by show management and any registrations that are determined to not be valid are subject to cancellation.
To change or substitute your pass, please email GDC Registration.
Requests for registration substitutions or changes must be received by Monday, November 23, 2020. Substitutions or changes are not available after this dates, and not available for no-shows.
Requests to transfer to a different course or package being offered must be received by Monday, November 23, 2020. Space pending.
In the event that a GDC Masterclass is canceled due to low enrollment, instructor cancellation, or other reasons beyond our control, we will contact you immediately to make an alternate selection.
If GDC Masterclass is forced to cancel a class, you have the following options:
- Move to another class, space pending. To change your pass, please email GDC Registration.
- Receive a full refund for the canceled class. You will not be assessed an administrative fee.
Discount/Promotion Code Usage
Only one discount/promotion code is allowed per registration at the time of registration, and no codes may be added after registration has been completed.
Informa Tech, producers of GDC and the GDC Masterclass program, reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail.
Session Recording Policy
Audio and/or video recording of conference sessions, including recording on mobile phone devices and screen recording software is allowed for the first five minutes only. Recording after the first five minutes is strictly prohibited.
Virtual Attendance Policy
Informa (and any third party platform provider acting on our behalf) will use your personal information provided during the registration process to host and manage this digital event, and for analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for visitors.
During registration, you may have chosen to withhold permission to share your data with third parties (i.e. sponsors & exhibitors), however when entering a virtual exhibition booth your personal information will be shared with the exhibitor to allow them to engage with you. If you agree to share your full contact details directly with another attendee or exhibitors they may follow-up and use your details for marketing purposes.
