Get practical game dev tips from Amazon and Google at GDC 2016

Game Developers Conference organizers are excited to highlight some promising day-long sponsored developer days for GDC 2016 next month that offer cutting-edge insights into the art and business of game development from Amazon, Imagination Technologies and Google.

These developer day sessions take place during the first two days of GDC: Monday and Tuesday, March 14th and 15th at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

Google is back this year to host a full day of fresh insight, announcements and discussion. In the morning, you'll hear about how to develop great games, grow your user base and earn more money. Then download a ton of tips from Google's Lightning Talks.

Spend the afternoon with Google experts and mobile developers in interactive discussion to get your questions answered, provide your feedback directly to product leads and exchange ideas with peers. Don't miss this opportunity to find tools and tips that will help you grow your games business.

After that, consider checking out the Imagination Developers Connection on Tuesday. Presented by Imagination Technologies, it promises to be an exciting full-day event that includes presentations and interactive sessions with Imagination Technologies' PowerVR graphics and ray tracing experts. Plus, you'll have a chance to learn about the PowerVR GPU roadmap and recent announcements; advanced ray tracing techniques for mobile and desktop development; creating efficient Vulkan applications on the PowerVR Architecture; and migrating from OpenGL ES to Vulkan using the new PowerVR SDK framework.

And if that's not up your alley, you can swing by Amazon's developer day on Tuesday to get the latest details on how you can use Amazon's App Store and Amazon Web Services to turn your game into a viable business, right from the source. Building games as an indie or AAA studio is serious business, you might have trouble finding success if you don't treat it as such. At Amazon's Tuesday dev day the Amazon Appstore and AWS teams will teach you everything you need to succeed, from game ideation, creation, scaling, monetization, marketing to polishing and publishing.

GDC 2016 itself will take place March 14-18th at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. For more information on GDC 2016, visit the show's official website, or subscribe to regular updates via FacebookTwitter, or RSS.
